Nothing really. Shampoos for curly hair have more lipids in them, they basically have a lot more moisturizer for your hair because curly hair looses its moisture quicker than straight hair.What Happens If You Have Curly Hair And Use Shampoo Specially For Straight Hair?
It will separate your curls slightly. e.g. if you have tight ringlets, they will be less tight.

i have quite curly hair, and i did it a while ago. i wouldn't recommend it, but it does depend on the hair type and the shampoo brand, so it might work a little differently to your hair.
