What's a really good shampoo and conditioner that is PH balanced?

I was using Pantene but my hairdresser said it does more harm than good because the PH is so high, almost the same as Tide. What's a really good shampoo and conditioner that is PH balanced?
I had the same problem, and I use Tea Tree from Paul Mitchell. Cost about $25.00 for the set. Very nice on the hair and all natural as you can get. It smells very nice too, like peppermints. I highly reccommend you give it a try. Find it at any hair salon.

Also you want the pH to be 7-8 not 6-7. Seven is nuetral and perfect. 0-6.9 is considered an acid which you don't want. 7.1-14.0 is considered alkaline. What's a really good shampoo and conditioner that is PH balanced?
Yes, most drug store products are alkaline. Personally I love Aveda and Biolage.
any salon shampoo will be ph balanced. if you don't buy from the salon then look at the ingredients on the label of shampoo, the more natural ingredients and extracts the lower the pH. all conditioner has a lower pH. you can buy litmus paper and test the pH yourself the closer to 6 or 7 the better. that's the pH of hair itself. i learned all this in hair school
