Yah any store brand shampoo and conditioner will ruin your hair...
I love TIGI - BedHead. I suggest using curls rocks as it is designed for thicker, courser hair.... it makes hair shiny %26amp; soft, moisturizes curls %26amp; smoothes cuticle.
You can also use their S-Factor hair mask - it's super rich and really moisturizing. If you use a relaxer - I would also suggest dream drops as a serum after washing your hair. Leaves it silky smooth with out weighing it down.
Vive Pro! It works so well and makes the color of your hair reallllly nice, that may be just because i have colour care though lol! I recommend it all the way.
Do NOT use garnier though! I hate it, it makes my hair look really gross and greasy.
I dont like dove because its thick and builds up i use tresemme and get a comb to comb it through the roots while your in shower!

no no not garnier it makes your hair greasy. dove is good so is pantene proV
garnier is pretty good
but my fav is def tresemme
pantene causes a lot of breakage
