get redken all soft. and get a trim/shape up every 6 weeks. try not to blow dry and str8n at the same time. wash, cond, dry the day or night before you str8n.
im not sure theres a shampoo for that but buy a heat protector spray that you put before straightning i personally like the treseme or pantene heat protection sprays
Nothing will stop the damage caused by straightening your hair. I straighten mine every day, and I use Rusk Purity and Calm. My hair isnt all fried, and I've been straightening it daily for t least 8 months now. Plus the occasional haircut..
