I've been taking vitamin supplement and eating lots of iron and vitamin B.


I massage my scalp to increase blood flow when i'm in the shower, and I put olive oil on my hair to keep it oily (because I bleached my hair and its wrecked)

Mane and Tail is available at Tractor Supply, Southern States, Ebay, almost anywhere.
Surprisingly, i have seen Main and tail shampoo at wal-greens in the shampoo isle.
just brought me some at Sally's Beauty Salon for $4.99 a piece! and saw some for $3.00 at a Family Dollar Store! ha wish I had gone there first!
I've seen it at farm supply stores.
