I am a competitive swimmer and would just like to know what works best for you!In your opinion, what is the best shampoo/conditioner for avid swimmers?
I can't think of a name brand off hand, but what you need is a good clarifying shampoo that is designed to remove anything that builds up on the hair. Check with a good salon or good beauty supply. I know there are a lot out there.
The important thing to remember is to do it right as you get out of the pool. Too bad you don't swin in a saltwater pool,....no chlorine to get that mushy feelling.
Nexxus used to carry one, but I'm not sure these days.
