What shampoo should i use and what type of hair do i have?

I have wavy, kinda thick hair. its been falling out. i use pert plus 2 in 1 and i use the medium one but it makes my hair fall out i used the simply fresh one and it didnt fall out but then they didnt have anymore at the store so my hair is falling out from the medium one. is it the shampoo? or does it depend on the hair type? my hair gets oily after 3-4 days mostly 4. so do i have normal hair?What shampoo should i use and what type of hair do i have?

Use one brand of shampoo and conditioner that has low pH 4.5 or 5.4 and any other styling and or serum that you use to style your hair. Because that why the will provide you with better results.What shampoo should i use and what type of hair do i have?
it could be the shampoo. is your hair colored? i hate using 2 in 1 products because they majorly strip hair of its natural oils. pantene shampoo and conditioner work really well and make your hair super soft.
