Drugstore shampoos and conditioners are cheap for a reason. They are full of harsh chemicals that strip color and natural oils from your hair and cause damage. They are also full of wax the coats the outside of the hair shaft. But out of these Pantene is the absolute worst and Suave is next. If you must use a drugstore brand use Aussie. If you are looking for something that is really good for your hair and are willing to pay for salon quality stuff, Matrix makes the most wonderful shampoos and conditioners. They clean hair without drying it out or causing it to become oily, and the conditioners are really good at repairing and preventing damage. They are all great so whichever one suits your needs (Sleek Looks if you flat iron, Color Smart if you dye it, and so on) and you're hair will tank you by looking wonderful!
