If it's formulated for dogs, sure it's fine. If it's formulated for people, it may cause skin issues.

I recommend you use soapy watery shampoo than the dry one. Otherwise if you use the dry one, you have to wash it out really thorouly. It can cause rashes and itchyness
I would only use the mildest baby shampoo on pets or a specific pet shampoo.
Why, has she got greasy fur? It's better to use a shampoo for greasy fur/skin meant for dogs.

get some baby shampoo, that way if it accidently gets in the puppys eyes there will be no tears =)
